My approach is straightforward, evidence-based, and human. I specialize in ERP for OCD, the gold-standard treatment for anxiety disorders. I bring warmth, humor, and a very real understanding of what anxiety can feel like. My goal is to help you build confidence, embrace uncertainty, and feel more like yourself again.
